Aurora Community Connection Family Resource Center seeks to empower individuals and families that reside in Aurora and Denver by increasing access to health, education and wellness through a variety of programs and services. Our center aims to foster an inclusive space, one that is welcoming to all local families.

ACC relies on donations to support its work with low-income families in North Aurora and beyond. All services are offered free, or at a nominal cost. No one is turned away because of inability to pay.

Aurora Community Connection offers 20+ programs and services designed to celebrate families’ strengths and respond to community needs.

Insurance Enrollment

Enroll in an affordable health insurance plan with the assistance of a Health Navigator. We also help with applications for food stamps and other public benefits.

Quarterly Health Fairs

ACC’s health fairs provide high-quality medical services and screenings to patients regardless of their insurance status.

Health Programs

In addition to daily exercise classes, ACC offers cooking and nutrition workshops, chronic disease prevention courses, wellness programming, mental health support and more.

After School Tutoring

ACC’s tutoring program uses an evidence-based curriculum to promote literacy and a love of reading in elementary & middle school children.

Adult Education

Adults may attend parenting groups, English classes or prepare for the citizenship interview and exam. Childcare is available during all adult programs.
