Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance
By meeting with a Health Access Specialist, you can determine which types of health insurance you qualify for, and decide which one is the best choice for you and your family. ACC offers free application assistance for those applying to Medicaid, Emergency Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+).
ACC also has two Certified Health Coverage Guides (CHCG) who provide enrollment assistance for individuals purchasing private insurance through Connect for Health Colorado (C4HCO), Colorado’s official health insurance marketplace. Though Open Enrollment Period for C4HCO is November 1 though January 15, individuals who have experienced a life changing event (such as moving to Colorado) may apply at any time.
Call ACC at 720-975-0147 to set up an appointment with one of our Health Access Specialists.
